Packages
Behavior Change is an intensive process. The science of behavioral medicine has shown that most adults, on average, require a year of practicing new behaviors before they become a comfortable habit. My support as your guide, educator, motivator, and cheerleader will assure your success as you move through this pleasant, challenging, and very rewarding process. A 3-month commitment is required for each of the packages listed.
Introductory: 4 hours per month
- 90-minute in-depth interview, including health appraisal and health review
- Create your health vision
- Design small-step daily goals
- Weekly in person or Skype sessions
- Weekly evaluation of goal attainment
- Unlimited email access
Intermediate: 6 hours per month
- All components offered in the Introductory package
- Choice of one of these Extras:
